I have an Ontario plan but I will be moving to Quebec for 5 months. The plan I have now is cheaper in Quebec what should I do

You would have to get a Quebec number and proof of residence to get the cheaper plan.

Edit.. You might be able to keep your original number. Or at least you should.

Nope.  You need a Quebec number in order to receive a Quebec Plan.

What you can do is let the CRTC know that you want the industry to be more favourable to MVNOs and new entrants so there would be more competition in Ontario

The CRTC chairman is a TELUS lobbyist. Corruption is at its finest with this government. Good luck getting them to do any favours for consumers.
