Your best bet is to call into Koodo. On here we are all customers and can't see your account.

If it's your first bill it's likely proration (you pay for a month and a part of a month).

If it's not it's likely due to overage (extra minutes, or data).

Page 3 on your ebill should give you a clue. Is it data, calling, roaming, etc?
