Yes, you can still keep your plan. Just swap the SIM card or buy a new one and configure it in self serve!

Would it still be the same if she got the phone subsidized on contract?
If I buy a new phone does it go on my bill or pay up front ??

Edited:
If you have any negative tab balance, that would have to be paid off before Koodo would allow you to use the tab again. That ballance can be charged to your next bill.

If you don't subsidize the phone (use the tab) then you'll need to pay the prepaid phone price . For the Q5 that's 200$.

Phone prices can not be charged to your bill.
so if i dont have a negitive balance and I buy this new phone it will go on the bill I cant pay up front ??

No, if you are just buying a phone, you pay for it upfront. You can't apply it to your bill.

Chad is referring to the fact if you already have an existing Tab and planned on putting the cost of the new phone on a Tab. This doesn't apply to you if you plan on paying for the phone upfront. Chad used too much info though and I hope you aren't confused.
ohh alright I get it now thanks for clarifying that :)
