Plan Minutes Reduced to 9 Minutes !

I have a Canada-Wide Talk and Text 25 plan. However, in self-serve "Usage" indicates that I have only 9 minutes on my plan and am already two minutes over the 9 allowed. Reps at Koodo seem unable to resolve this problem and have said that I have to wait until my next bill and then dispute charges for use over 9 minutes. Given others problems with Koodo billing this leaves me very uncomfortable. Has anyone else experience with this problem? Thank you.

Did you just change your plan or your number? If so, your minutes will be prorated based on how many days are left in your billing cycle. This happens to everyone and is standard practice with every cell phone provider in Canada.

Thanks, but no, I did not change the plan save for an add-on to the existing plan.

I'd advise paying your bill and then disputing the charge. Not worth the credit hassle.

That being said, I'm sure that Koodo will fix this for you. Stating that your plan only has 9 minutes is an obvious error.

The dates will determine if it is an error or not. Do you have any roaming add-ons at all?
