I have a Canada-Wide Talk and Text 25 plan. However, in self-serve "Usage" indicates that I have only 9 minutes on my plan and am already two minutes over the 9 allowed. Reps at Koodo seem unable to resolve this problem and have said that I have to wait until my next bill and then dispute charges for use over 9 minutes. Given others problems with Koodo billing this leaves me very uncomfortable. Has anyone else experience with this problem? Thank you.
