I attempted to change my plan to include data at the beginning of this billing period.. This would also have Included 500 minutes of talk and text{44.00 plan} At that time I was able to use the data but my plan still said I only had 200 minutes of talk and text. Did my plan change or did it not? Am I going to get a bill for going over the 200 minutes?

Sounds like Proration. When's your actual billing cycle date and when did you change the plan?
