I changed my plan Jan 10 to include data, Jan 11 I am still being charged pay per use for the data. What's the deal?

What plan did you change to? Did you check self serve to make sure that you indeed have that plan & the plan change went through?

Hey there,
I suggest to take a look at your Self Serve account to check your plan and Add-ons, you can also check your PDF bill to have more detail:
1) Log into Self Serve and click on ‘’Billing’’
2) Click on ‘’View Ebill’’
3) Click on the invoice date to display it.

Keep in mind that the usage appearing on the bill is always for the previous month, only your plan and add-ons are billed for the current month.
