Can I transfer my plan to someone?

No plans are non transferable. You could transfer the entire account to someone else but you'll be giving them your phone number as well as tab balance. Account transfers have a fee of $25 as well.

What are you talking about? Yes you can... The PLAN is the phone line which is transfered.

Transferring the entire account means transferring every single phone line over to a new account.

Account = Overall
Line = Individual

Hello Supiramaniam,

Paul is right, you can transfer your plan, number and Tab balance (if the transferee's credit class allows him to carry a negative tab) to someone else through a transfer of ownership. 

You can do this by contacting us at *611 from a Koodo number or at toll-free 1-866-995-6636 and place the request for the transfer. 

The other person also needs to contact us within 10 days from the request date to accept the transfer. If they don't have a Koodo account, we can create them one, but they will need to provide us with two of the following: 

-Valid driver's licence number
-Social Insurance Number
-Valid Credit Card

The procedure costs $25 charged onto the new account owner’s first bill and it can also be done at a Koodo Shop, with both of you present.
