plan error

I just got the samsung s4 and a monthly plan to go with it, my plan is 35$ per month and is supposed to include 200 minutes of talk time, why does my self serve say I have only 60 minutes?

It's called proration, Belinda. Until the next billing cycle is only part of the month, hence the 60 minutes. Once your full month starts, it will jump to 200 minutes and stay that way :)
