Plan change was not what I selected.

I changed my plan to the 2GB+2GB plan on Friday, when I look at my account it says I have a 2GB+1GB plan. Can I get some help? Thanks

Hi Lucas,

On Friday self serve was still offering the 2+1gb options which is what you have selected. You will need to contact Koodo via Facebook message and they will be able to switch the plan to the one you meant to grab, however they may charge the 10$ fee.
