Plan change was not what I agreed to

Hi, I just tried to change my plan and these are the options I was given...nowhere in either of these descriptions does it mention a change to my data plan. 
I went to the 'review' stage of the plan change and still not mention of data. It was only after I confirmed that I was informed that my data went from 2GB to 100MB. WTF?!! The Koodo website does not provide contact info to actually connect with anyone and it says it's under repair or something. 
How can I get back my regular plan? I feel totally dooped and super not happy! Thumbs down Koodo! :o(

What do you mean nowhere did it say there was a change in data? As in no mention of any data allotment to speak of? It could have been a glitch. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to ask to have it sorted out.

@Rachel, just logged in myself and this is what I see for that plan. 



Seems very odd if that didn't appear for you. That's just like Goran mentioned send us a private message and we'll look at your account and help out. There is only one plan change per month allowed so you can't do it yourself. Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone. As you can see in my screen capture, data was not referenced when I selected the change.

any idea on what I should do to reverse this?

He just mention how you could do it above "send us a private message and we'll look at your account and help out. There is only one plan change per month allowed so you can't do it yourself. Hope this helps!"

I called Koodo and they put me back to my regular plan with no extra charge. 3 cheers for a happy ending! :o)
