I went to a koodo store today to activate a line and the rep placed me on the wrong plan. When the rep was trying to call their customer service, they were on the phone for 2 hours and got no one. I was on the phone for over an hour myself and nothing. I am not going to be able to take advantage of the black friday deals and I also have the wrong plan, what do I do?
