Plan change

I tried to change my plan online it tells me I have to wait. Month because I already changed my plan this billing cycle. But I haven't changed my plan. I tried to call Koodo twice but sat on hold both times for 2 hours! And then they disconnect me! I'm very frustrated! And do not want to wait a month to change my plan online! Any tips?
