Im currently on a plan and I want to switch to the $48 plan but not showing up on the change plan section someone help! currently in Saskatchewan, manitoba

Yes my account is set to my home address in saskatchewan but the plan advertised online is not showing up.

You need to request that plan directly from Koodo.

Giuseppe, you can only change your plan once a month.  I see that you activated today with a Ontario phone number and also changed your number to a MB one

Yes that is correct, i am moving in a few days and just swiched from telus. wanted to set up an account and number before hand aswel as an MB area code.

Also to add the man at the store said it would be best to just change my address online as well as my number and just to choose an ontario number for now so i just agreed
