Plan change

I changed my plan on August 21st with only 4 days left of my billing cycle, but I was charged the new rate for the whole month.. I should have been billed my old plan with adjustments made to reflect the number of days on my new plans and number of days on my old.

Remember that you pay for a month in advance. Your bill should be the full month + 4 days of the new rate.
