Did you change your plan this billing cycle already? Or if you just join Koodo and your billing cycle is not reset yet, you can't change your plan through self serve.
How is it not working? Do you get an error message?
Hi!!! I have this error message "Sorry - there was an unexpected error. Please try again later." I tryed clear cache and cookies but still not working.
I never changed my plan. I have using koodo since August.
