I have been trying to get in contact with Koodo for a few weeks to cancel my phone plan you can never them its getting ridiculous cause now i will be paying for two phone bills as i have a new phone has anyone else had this problem?
According to my account, I have 2 phone numbers and 2 packages. I'm trying to find out how to cancel one of them. I only have ONE phone. I tried to do it online, but it said that I can only make a change ONCE per month and I've already made a change. What is a phone number for me to contact KOODO themselves to correct this problem. Their website is NOT helpful at all when you need to contact Koodo themselves.
