Placed my order 2 weeks ago. Still no notice of shipment. What's going on?

I placed my order HFO20094513 2 weeks ago, received a confirmation e-mail, but still have not received a shipping notice. I e-mailed customer support 3 days ago and still have not heard back from them. Wondering where my order is or if there is a problem. Is there a way to check my orders status?

Afraid not. 2 weeks is abnormally long. A rep here should see this today and look into it and let you know. Otherwise you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get an update.
