Ordered kinda blue pixel 2 on 6th and still have not received any shipping info. I have email web support but no answer on my order status. When will I receive shipping info?

Hey Andrew - we were informed by Google at launch that there is a shortage of Kinda Blue inventory, and there is a delay of approx. 2-3 weeks. If you'd prefer to have your phone sooner, we can change your order to a black phone instead - let us know. If you'd like to change, we'll need your order number, and I can pass it on to the Web Store team.

We can ship the black one out today if you'd like. We're also expecting our first shipment of blue tomorrow, so we can ship out your original order this week as well.
What would you prefer?
