Pissed of by sales reps

I am really pissed with the koodo customer care. I recently bought a htc one m8 from a store in Ottawa. i paid 15$ plus tax for a screen protector. The rep was not able to install it properly and he did not have another pair of them. he told me to come back after a week to install new ones.

But i bought spigen glas tr screen protector from amazon and installed it. Then i went to the store and asked for a refund, he said he can give a refund only if i have the wasted screen protectors which i did not take with me back home on the day of my purchase.

It was purely the rep's fault, he should have given me the refund that day itself, instead he just told me to come back in a week.

is there anyway i can get this money back?

You should go back and speak with the mananger, if you have the reciept and the screen protector that is damaged it shouldnt be a problem.
When we put screen protectors on and we mess one up or theres a defect we return or exchnage it for a new one.

Its a Kiosk in a Mall. I don't think there is a manager for that store.

Ya the problem is he no longer has the product that he is trying to return. And from the sounds of it the store rep told you to come back next week because they didn't have another one to install and would try and install It when they got more in stock. So if you had asked for a return at that point you may have gotten it, but you opted to wait for more to come in, and during that time you ordered a new one from another company.
