I have an iPhone and I recently took of my data addon because I have no use for it anymore. I have the texting add on which includes unlimited picture messaging. I cant send pictures with out turning on data so I called Koodo to make sure I wont get charged for receiving and sending picture messages. They told me that I would not be charged and I can turn on data. I did as they said and everything worked fine from there. I check my self serve the very next day and I've been charged about $10 for using data. I call CS and they give me a credit and tell me that I CANNOT use picture messaging because I don't have a data plan. My question is that I am paying for a feature that I can't use but I"m being limited for no reason, is there any fix?
