Couple of things to try first.

Remove and re-install battery, but don't power on the Ace.

Press the centre Home button then press the Power button and hold for approximately 15 to 20 seconds. This should get you into the Android Recovery Utility. To scroll up or down, use your Volume up/down rocker button. Use the Power button, (like an enter key) to select the desired option.

In this case, you will want to scroll down to the "wipe data/factory reset" option. The Ace should reboot back to factory default.

If you can't get to this stage, you will need the following tools:

Ace tethered via USB to a laptop or desktop Mac or PC.

Odin 4.38 - this allows you to flash the Koodo stock ROM onto your Ace

http://www.filecrop.com/odin-v4.38.html - look for a multi-loader version.

Download the stock Koodo ROM below.

http://www.hotfile.com/dl/191393235/b...

Password for the .rar file: sampro.pl

Once you have Odin installed and open, you'll want to place the Ace in "download mode". With Ace off, press and hold the Volume down key and Home button together, then press and hold the Power button - keep all three buttons pressed until you see a pink screen that says Warning!! Use your Volume up key to enter download mode - "Downloading.." should be shown in yellow text.

To verify that Odin has found your Ace, the first box labelled ID:COM should turn yellow and the word PASS should appear. This means a com port has been opened and that your Ace can communicate with Odin.

The only box you should check off is PDA. Click on the PDA button to locate the stock Koodo ROM zip file you downloaded earlier and select it. Click the Start button in Odin and within about ten minutes (give or take) your Ace will reboot itself and should be up and running.
