Can I order new phone online without selecting plan so that I can use existing plan. I still have negative tab so do I need to pay it off before so order will go through. At store rep say need to pay off -tab and not possible to keep old plan. New plan costs more than existing so don't watch to do that.

Yes, your negative Tab has to be paid off first. However, you can have it invoiced to you at the store.

You can keep your old plan no matter what if you stay with Tab S (max -150 off a phone). If you want to use Tab M, then you need a min. $30 plan ($29 counts too) but you'll pay the $5 Tab charge until it's finished. If your old plan is at least $30 then it qualifies too.

Thanks Jonathan but why store says need new plan that's why I started looking online if possible. I would have taken med tab at store if old plan would stay. I would have to take small tab online and pay $150 and pay off old tab. Again can I order new phone online without picking a plan.

You can keep your plan and take Tab M in store IF your existing plan is $30 +. If it's not, then they are correct in saying you have to change it.

If you want to order a new phone online without picking a plan and take Tab S, then try logging into your Self Serve first. When it asks to take a plan, I believe you can just skip to checkout. I have no experience with the webstore because I work for the Mobile Shop, so I actually sell Koodo myself.

Also I should mention I asked at store if I pay new phone in full and pay off tab can I keep existing plan, and they said no, need new plan with new phone. Do they not know what is Koodo policies on upgrade and keeping old plan or are they just trying to get me into more expensive plan

They don't know what they're talking about. Where was this? Was it a Koodo shop or third party?

Hi, it was Koodo shop in waterloo. I would prefer to order online pay $150 and have -150 tab if I could order without new plan

Okay. Like I mentioned already, you can do it that way. Log into Self Serve first before ordering your phone. Then when it asks you to pick a plan, I believe you can just skip it and go to check out.

I have been using same Sim card on 4 different devices. And luckily I haven't had any issues so far.
