Phone reactivated without me paying for a monthy plan and/or anyone else paying for it.

I have no idea what word I am looking for, but I am looking for skeptical maybe... not sure. Anyways; I have been sitting at my computer for a little while and then discovered I got my plan back on somehow. Thing is, I have never re activated my monthly plan for awhile and then all of a sudden it's activated. is this Koodo trying to rip me off in a way? because I find this suspicious that no one I know tried to activate my account even me cause I had no money. Please answer back, Im confused.

Wait, I don't understand. Your service was cutoff for some reason (defaulted on payment, hit spending limit, etc.) and now it's back?

I go by montly plans. Last time I paid for it was July of this year, and never paid for it since (because I go $50 a month). As I was sitting here on my computer, I have noticed I got voicemail so I called it and it worked. So I tried to call someone else on my phone, and that calling work. So right now, I am suspicious, kind of, and confused the most. Can you explain it by any chance, or do I need to contact them tomorrow for when they are open?

I would contact them because there might be activities regarding your account and they would be able to verify this.

Did you contact Koodo to cancel or suspend your service?
Not paying for your plan doesn't mean you deactivated your service.
Most likely your service has been active since July (I believe).
Contact Koodo from your phone *611 or 1-866-995-6636.
