I had my phone working with my Bluetooth in my car. I did nothing different and now it can not find the mobile phone. I can not even make a call out or get calls in. I tried to reconnect the phone but it can not find the phone. It the phone is registered in the list of phone on the car bluetooth and is set as primary phone. Can anyone help why it will not connect

Hi there Fran... It happened to me once... You may try to delete your phone from your Car, once is done, power cycle your phone, then turn on your Bluetooth and try to pair it again with your car, this should work... At least it worked for me...

If you could let us know what your exact phone model is as well as the year, make and model of your car (if it's a factory Bluetooth system) or what aftermarket stereo (or Bluetooth speaker) you're using for hands-free.

THis happen to us in our Equinox from time to time. We also had gps audio paired with it, we disabled the bluetooth in the gps and it stopped.

I guess the car didn't like having the two paired at the same time.

Hey Fran, my recommendation would be to contact the manufacturer of the phone or the bluetooth for better assistance.
