I bought a second hand Koodo blackberry and unlock it with a code. But it says 'Phone not allowed MM6' with other carrier. Any idea how to deal with it?

From what I can gather it sounds like your phone is blacklisted, which means it was probably stolen and then sold to you. Did you know the person who sold it to you?

Simple, because all of the apps you mention work on Wi-Fi. Are you able to make outgoing calls with that phone?
