Phone card did not go through.

a $25 was applied to my daughters phone on Friday, May 30th, however it doesn't seemed to have been applied to her account and now her service has been suspended. What is the next step, we're having trouble getting through to a customer service rep?

You can try sending an email and they'll reply within a business day or 2 but calling customer service is your best bet, really. After selecting your language, try pressing "0" a few times when you get to the menus to skip to a person.
