i have a galaxy s3 & I missed paying the bill for the last two months so they disconnected it a few days ago but I paid the whole bill yesterday and now I can only accept incoming calls. no text messages and I cant make outgoing calls, helpp?

Did you pay at the bank? It takes 3-5 business days for bank payments to reach Koodo.

You can contact Koodo to report the payment with Koodo's account management team a #227 from your cell or 1-855-325-6636 from any other line to have your services restored.

You will pay another $35 to reactivate your line now. It would be cheaper than this if you paid the bill with a credit card and then paid interest on it.
