I suspended the phone, but have been paying for the line, only to find out that the hotel threw out the phone Nov. 3013. They did not inform me, so I have paid $420 in the past year, for a phone I do not, and cannot get back--Can you help with the replacement for my 13 year ole son?

If you have access to the TAB that gives the help you are looking for. It lower the up front of a phone by up to $500 and you pay it back by using your phone. In 2 years at most the phone is pai off. Other than that there are no special deals for lost phones.

While I'm sorry that you've been paying for this, I don't know why you did it for an entire year without replacing the phone. That is an awfully long time to pay for services you can't use. You should have replaced the phone sooner once you realized it was gone.

Since it's been so long though, your TAB should have decreased significantly ! Which means if you go to a Koodo store, you can upgrade to a newer phone for possibly nothing at all! It's awful that you've had to pay for service that you were unable to use, but now you can get a phone and continue using the service and enjoy what it is that Koodo has to offer!! :)

If I can suggest a good, affordable phone; I'd suggest the Motorola Moto G, or even the Alcatel One Touch Pop Icon! Both great phones ! Especially considering the price!
