I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for several days now about unlocking my phone. I'm leaving the country tomorrow and need assistance asap. I've messaged via all social media platforms. Is there any way for me to get a hold of someone to help me before I leave??!

It's a terrible time to try and be doing anything last minute with the Christmas rush on deals and if you've called and sent them messages to FB and Twitter that's pretty much the options unless a rep happens to chime in here. I'll try and draw attention to this post and see if they can help you if possible.

Hi Rachel, they can only help through sending them a Private message to their FB page.... You said you have done so but they aren't seeing your name in the que, did you contact them on FB through your name? If not but you did contact them then it's unfortunately just a waiting game for them to get to you.

You would think they could set up a web page where we could enter our IMEI and get trhe unlock code.  having to call in is ridiculous!

They use to have that but they've had a team redesigning their website completely from the ground up and either haven't gotten to alot of things or removed them such as doing your own SIM Card activation to swap SIM cards whivh they removed for security purposes supposedly.

I called the 866 number, there are two types of auto message, one is bilingual asking you phone number after and the other is English only. If it’s english only, hang up and call again! So in the bilingual one, type in your phone number, then prepaid or postpaid, then choose the technical service one I think it’s 3. Then there is an option to call you back! I waited 2 mins and they called back! Good luck!

You are calling for changing plans? For unlocking phones it’s pretty straight forward they just asked me the IMEI number and done

Unless you can use a different phone, after U have chosen English once, the "Smart routing" will send you to the same queue every time.   But then again, with system overload, who knows if that will take effect??  Thanks for the suggestion tho!!
