My phone is lost. Someone stole my phone, I was wondering if you can cancel it.

You have to go online log in to your account and suspend your account under the 'phone' option.

You probably wanna call in and tell them to blacklist the phone as well...if its iPhone/Android you can also do remote wipe or location track if you had it set up beforehand

Sorry about your phone :(. As Chris said you should make sure you suspend the line so that no one can use it. You do have the option to pay off your current Tab (in-store or on the next bill) in order to use a new Koodo Tab to get a new phone. You can find out more info by calling inn or at the nearest store: If you want to cancel the account, you'll have to give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline and a representative will help you out. Thank you.
