phone service and actual phone suck

I am upset...i bought koodo hangs up, it wont stay on page...cant press i am due today...should have til midnight today...why cant i use my talk minutes...this is terrible business

That's too bad - is it under warranty? Go to a shop near you to get it repaired...or maybe time to get a new one?

A new phone? he said he just bought it...SHOULD NOT HAVE TO buy a phone every year....the phone SHOULD LAST the length of the term.....INCLUDING THE CRAPPY BATTERY CONNECTIONS
