Phone Returned, Refund not Processed

I returned my phone back to Koodo and requested a cancelation of my newly opened Koodo account. have confirmation from Canada Post that Koodo received my phone Dec 7 which I have returned within 15 days of purchasing. It is now Dec 16 and I still haven't seen any refunds on the original $316.40 charged to my card. How long must one wait for the refund?  Why such a hold up?

Thank you, I received the package for return and sent the phone back right away.  The phone was received/returned back to Koodo on Dec 7th.  See Canada Post tracking number 2002237910685696 for reference.
