I started a 2 year contract with koodo back in December 2012. The phone that I got was Samsung Ace 2 which was a terrible choice btw. The phone was slow after a few months and now its been 2 weeks that the phone dies while it is 90% charged. I have to always have it plugged in when I wanna talk so it won't just randomly disconnect while I am talking to somebody. Would I be able to get another phone?
