Phone plan menu system

Whats with your new system for getting a phone plan. It's a mess. I wound up just logging onto selfserve to see whats available and I see the 3gb plan is now 5$ cheaper which is great but it took quite a bit of digging to find out its promo not standard. But I can't see the same plans for the other line. Data is either 500mb or 5gb

The plans you see in self serve will depend in large part on the type of tab on that line. (no tab, classic tab, tab S, M, L, etc.)

Ok. So I can't get 1 or 2gb if data unless I pay off my tab?

You are on the new tab system and giving you those options -either 500mb or 5gb - is odd...
Can you log into self serve through pc?
You are not on the Tab plus, so you should be able to switch your plan to one of those plan without paying off your tab.

Tried a PC. Same issue. 500mb or 5gb. Nothing in the middle...

In that case, I would call Koodo tomorrow during buisiness hour.
*611 from your Koodo phone, option 6 for tech support.
Tell them you cant access all of those promo plans.
