I can't access my bill.

I am trying,without success,to get the amount of my bill in order to pay it. The answers I type in are not accepted! It's very frustrating.

Can't log into your self serve?
"The answers I type in are not accepted!"
- I'm assuming you only see a page saying "change e-mail/password, security questions?
Then you need to call customer service to fix it. (*611 from your Koodo phone)
