I started a port from VoIP.MS a day and a half ago to my Koodo account. It went through fine and then today I got an update on my iPhone saying my number had changed. So I checked and my old one is disconnected. However the new one is still ringing through to VoIP.ms (texts go there as well). I can call out from my phone and the ported number shows up on caller id, but nothing else works. I contacted VoIP.MS but they said that maybe Koodo put in the wrong address. That could be but how do I rectify this? I have no way to access my texts or receive phone calls and no idea what to do. Any ideas?
