Phone number half please!

I started a port from VoIP.MS a day and a half ago to my Koodo account. It went through fine and then today I got an update on my iPhone saying my number had changed. So I checked and my old one is disconnected. However the new one is still ringing through to (texts go there as well). I can call out from my phone and the ported number shows up on caller id, but nothing else works. I contacted VoIP.MS but they said that maybe Koodo put in the wrong address. That could be but how do I rectify this? I have no way to access my texts or receive phone calls and no idea what to do. Any ideas?

I would wait for it for couple of hours more. If it didn't go through, you could call Koodo and ask them to check. However, porting sometimes can take 1,2 days.

Hi there...

In this case you really need to contact Koodo to see the exact reason the port was not completed...

Usually because one piece of information from the other company is not exact, so they decline request and number is never ported...

Double check with a Representative and please have handy all INFO regarding the other provider to complete port (Account number, Address, Full Name on account) as it appears with the other provider
