Phone lost by Koodo?

I sent my phone (LG G5) in for under-warranty repair via return mailer last month, as the back camera was blurry no matter the circumstance.
Purolator has confirmed the package has reached its destination. 
No results come up for repairs under my account, or for when I put in the repair number I was given.
Where is my phone?

Do you have a confirmstion number of some sort from Koodo for the repair? You can post it here and a rep will look into it when they see it or you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it will be looked into.
