Phone line not set up for incoming calls

We ported over from bell aliant on january 23rd, and it has been over a week. Even adter doing a full reboot, we can call out, but ALL calls come in say "phone line not set up for incoming calls". At first, it seemed like it was only the government lines that did thus, but I learned last night that my co-worker tried to contact me through the home Phone, and it doesn't work. The only phone calls that come in are my own Phone, my mom's Phone, my friends Phone,or my aunt's. Anybody else, it said this message. We need the phone to work NOW. my father is severely sick, and this is going to continue for years. He NEEDS a way for the doctors to contact him. We are getting increasingly frustrated, with no way of having the problem fixed. We did a reboot of the machine (a complete one) and the lights are on on it (power, bars, and battery). What is going on?!

When you check self service, does it show the number you ported in or another (temporary) number still? Sounds like a porting problem... You will probably need to contact Koodo directly. A private message through Facebook is probably the best way to contact them.

Hello Rika,

Call Koodo/Telus number porting team instead. These guys are not CSR's. I have three numbers to reach them (two out of three should work). (844) 232-7678, 866-558-2273, (877) 868-3587
