Hi. I have a Koodo prepaid account which has been active and functioning fine for a few months now on a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini that I bought with me to Koodo. Yesterday, I upgraded my phone to a pre-owned, unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6 and put my existing Koodo SIM card into the phone after having a local cell phone repair shop cut the SIM card down from a micro to nano SIM to fit the new phone. It worked just fine all day yesterday and this morning, but then late this morning it started disconnecting from the network. All day today it has been disconnected, saying "not connected to network" when I look at my phone. If I restart the phone, it DOES connect to the Koodo network again and I'm able to make phone calls and send/receive text messages like normal. But then after about 10-15 minutes it seems, it disconnects again and says there is no network.
