Went swimming with my phone, and the rice thing doesn't seem to be working. What's the next step?

Sounds like it's time to replace it...

Do you have any negative Tab? You can upgrade just by paying this off either in Self Serve or have it billed to you at the kiosk. If you don't, you're good to go.

Secondly, what kind of phone/Tab size were you looking for? We'll make some suggestions.

You can try to have it repaired but I'm afraid the next step is a new phone, Mike :(

Hi Mike,

Just to give you some examples of what you can ultimately do in the end when it comes to getting a new device is you can choose to charge your current tab (if you have one) to your next bill or you can simply pay it when you go to upgrade your device.

An example using a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would look like as follows:

Account has -$140.00 tab

Phone price $300.00

You would have the option to choose a Tab Small or Tab Medium when it comes to using it towards the new phone.

Using tab small would look like this:
(paying in store)
$140 + $150 = $290 + tax
(putting balance on next invoice then going to store)
$0 + $150 = $150 + tax

Using medium tab would look like this:
(Paying in store)
$140 + $0 = 140 + tax
(putting balance on next invoice then going to store)
$0 + $0 = $0

Hope that helps.
