Hey Tracy, this is a public community to ask general questions where other Koodo customers answer questions. Unfortunately no one here can help your situation, you will need to call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 and discuss options/payment agreement

My phone has been cut off from all services!! i am not happy:(...i have been waiting for a bill, not one has come to my address!!!!...........its not my fault, someone at the other end hasnt done their work grrrrr........i want my services back now!!!!!

Sorry to hear that you got cut off. If you haven't been receiving your bill in the mail you will need to contact customer service since no one here in this forum is able to access your account details. You can call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 (from any phone) or *611 from your Koodo phone (free call) and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep.
