phone exploded?

In april the phone on tab for 450-822-6162 exploded....i talked to a supervisor who said it would be off the account but i just noticed that we are still paying for it. Why is it still there? I see I have been paying for it all this time when we shouldn't be. I would like the money returned please

What phone is it? And what else the supervisor said? Did you need to return or drop off the phone at a Kiosk to start process?

I'm asking this because I'm not sure they can just clear/stop Tab charge without seeing device if some one calling in and tell them what happened like this,
It's like trade in program. They can't give you device value over the phone/online. You need to go in to a store, so a rep can determined value with its condition.
