Phone disconnected ahead of SCHEDULED DATE

8My phone was slated for dissconnect by the 22nd if no payment was recieve. I get paid tomorrow and was gonna settle up but ya's dissconnected me 8 days early, then yer automated service told me i'd be charged an additional $45.

Then i sat on hold for 1hr and 45mins to then be disconnected. Plus, yer automated service says theres a $10 fee for a customet rep to "make changes" to any account. Im curious as to what your definition of make changes is.

Regardless, someone better call me to straighten this out or Ill walk. I owe $220 before yer $45 charge today and $140 on tab. Not concerned about who knows it. If ya want any amicable resolve, customer retention, or further payments toward this account I demand, a confirmation via telephone that this charge has been removed.

Did you call koodo's billing department to make payment arrangements? If the shoe was on the other foot, how long would you continue to work for an employer who was several weeks late with your paycheque and brushed you of any time you brought it up? Walk away if you choose. The account will be sent to collections. Good luck trying to get a credit card, an auto loan, a mortgage, or even a new cell phone once you let that happen. The fact of the matter is that when you signed up for service you agreed to pay your bill in full and on time, not when and if you have money. You clearly have not done so, therefore koodo is well within their rights to suspend or disconnect your service.

Nobody answers the phone at Koodo did you not understand that part? 1hr 45mins spent trying to resolve this. Your automated message said no disconnection would occur until the 22nd which was obviously bullshit.

Shoe on the other foot? Younare an employee not the entity of Koodo. An in between to help customers deal with your employer. Nobody signed up for Timo's discount phone service. Thanks for the phone call, must've been too difficult for ya today.

A) I do not work for Koodo. This is a customer forum. Anyone not specifically identifies as a koodo employee is a fellow koodo customer.
B) If your service has been disconnected for late payment, I can guarantee that you have received multiple warnings. If making sure your phone stays connected is not important enough to you to stay on the line, that's on you, not koodo.

Instead of informing me how credit works, how about sharing why my service was interupted 8 days prior to the date Koodo gave as a deadline? Why has Koodo's customer service changed for worst so completely?

That was not a due date. It was a final notice. And if after several warnings you have still not contacted koodo they will start interrupting your service to get you to talk to them, first by redirecting outbound calls to them, then by suspending service, finally by cancelling the account.
