Phone came with no number or email instructions.

Hello so after a couple weeks I received my phone the other day, but it came with no instructions or email giving me a number or anything about registration for Selfserve, its been over 24 hours and others seem to have gotten emails after 2 hours or so, is there an issue with my order or do I have to wait longer for the emails to arrive? My order number is HFO16739475.

While you are awaiting a confirmatory response, have you checked you spam / junk folder for errant emails from Koodo?

Hi Cam - the registration email is typically triggered at the time of activation and your account is set-up using your gmail account. Odd that you didn't get it, but I just tried to resend your profile email for self serve. Let me know if you get it.

Also, were you able to figure out your phone number? If not, and if you're okay with it, I can post it here and remove it once you've seen it. Otherwise, you should be able to retrieve it from within your settings. Let us know if you need help with that.

Hi Ranjan, I found the phone number in the client agreement email I got recently, so I was able to setup selfserve, now I am just not seeing how to activate the phone in selfserve.

In self serve click on phone and you should see options for SIM Card and activating the SIM Card....activate the SIM Card and pop it into your phone and you should be good to go.

When I click on phone it brings me to my current plan and monthly add-on use and when I click the link on the Koodo FAQ to activate the SIM it brings me to the overview which only has the options to view usage, tab balance and plan rate. I don't know if i'm missing something here I cant see it in my profile either.

Cam - the phone is activate and your account shows the serial number for the Samsung Neo and the SIM card that was sent to you. You'd simply need to insert the SIM into the phone and power it up. Have you tried doing this yet?

Okay it works! Sorry about the confusion I thought I was supposed to activate the SIM somewhere manually, thanks for the help folks!
