phone bill payment won't go through

Hi, i am trying to pay my phone bill via credit card online. I am going through all the required steps, however, when i click confirm payment the page goes blank with only the koodo logo but no payment seems to have gone through or have been confirmed. Who do I call? O r how can this be solved?? Thanks in advance.

Log out and log in again. See if the payment went through. If it didn't try again.

And if you still have some difficulty, call customer service *611 from your Koodo phone. Tell them you tried to make a payment but it didn't work. They will help you.

It shouldn't be. Because she tried it thorough online and couldn't do it.
She should mention about it to a rep. They won't charge you if self serve/online didn't work.
