The Koodo service doesn’t work all the time on the iPhone 6. My child keeps getting the “message not delivered” response. This is even with unlimited text message. Any suggestions to improve such bad service?

hi ,VC,

"Message not delivered" is not always the issue with network but issue with wrong number/receiver.
Also if you are using imessage, make sure you turn on the option "Send as SMS" (Settings --> Message --> Send as SMS).

The number is unchanged so it cannot be the wrong number. It’s not using iMessage. Just text message

Have you tried to reset network settings and see if it helps? Can you call other person? If you are close to an Apple store, I would suggest you visit them and see if they could check on hardware and software also.

Or simply restarting your phone or toggling airplane mode?
I wasnt able to send messages earlier today, toggled airplane mode on and off and I was good to go.
