Every time I send a message people don't receive them. My account has more than enough money it, so I don't know why this is happening. Can anyone help? (Basic 15$ plan ,Samsung galaxy s7 edge, and Canada B.C.)
Hi River, did you happen to just port your number from another carrier to Koodo?
If not is this a brand new account or have you been able to send messages prior to this?
Are you sure messages are indeed being sent successfully?
