I paid 51 dollars as my phone fee through paytm app on Feb.2. The paytm app shows that the payment was successful. However, I cannot see the money in my koodo account. I sent email to paytm and asked about this. They said that you had already received the money. I just want to know why it was not in my account.

This forum is inhabited by other customers who offer support to Koodo Users. You will need to contact Koodo directly for billing matters. I suggest a private message to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account as being a better choice than a call to *227 or  *611

@Haili, based on the email address you used here there is no active monthly account I could find in your name. Which begs the question what "phone fee" did you pay?
