payments not registering

Why does is say my last bill payment was July 13th 2014??? I pay my bill every month and it is now September 9th. What is going on here?

Hi Seamus, we can't access accounts from here, so it's hard to say. First, you should check if your payment was processed. Do you see in your records a payment taken from your account in August? If you pay by online banking, verify if the Koodo account number is the good one. Then, contact us over the phone at *611, option #5, and we'll be able to look for your payment. Thank you!
