I'm on my koodo phone on the app and I'm trying to pay for my phone bill but it won't authorize my credit card "at the moment". Why is this happening?

Hi there...

Is this Credit Card under your name? does the mailing address matches with your Koodo account and Credit Card company? If not, most likely you will have to call Customer Service so they can register your Credit Card into the system...
